7. Shipping, Lost Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Once your order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier (USPS/UPS).

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for new shipping fees.
