Refund policy

At Common Threads, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you purchase. If your item doesn’t fit the way you expected, we offer a 30-day exchange window for sizing issues.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

However, if you need a different size, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

To qualify, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Free of stains, odors, and damage
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
• Requested within 30 days of delivery

No exchanges will be accepted after the 30-day window. No exceptions.

Exchange Terms

• We can only process exchanges for an item of equal value that is in stock at the time of the exchange request.
• If the size is not available, the sale remains final.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if necessary)
• You will receive instructions on where to send the item

• The size you need
