At Common Threads Collective, we want every order to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Standard processing time: 2–5 business days
During drops, holidays, or high-volume periods: 5–10 business days
Preorders or early access drops will have timelines listed on the product page
Processing time does not include shipping time.
2. Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight, and the chosen carrier (USPS/UPS).
Estimated delivery times:
US Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
US Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)
Please note: These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Common Threads Collective is not responsible for:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Missing apartment/unit numbers
Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
If the package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Marked “Delivered” Packages
Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not able to replace or refund packages that are:
Marked as delivered
Stolen after delivery
Lost due to address errors
If your package is missing, we recommend:
Checking with neighbors or building staff
Confirming the address entered at checkout
Contacting USPS/UPS to file a claim
Contacting your local post office with your tracking number
We will assist where we can, but we cannot guarantee carrier resolution.
5. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
We cannot control or predict these fees.
Delays due to customs are outside of our control.
6. Preorders & Limited Drops
Some items may be offered as preorders, early access, or limited edition drops.
By ordering, you acknowledge:
Estimated ship dates may change
Preorder items ship separately from in-stock items
Orders cannot be modified once placed
Any updated fulfillment windows will be announced via email or SMS.
7. Returned-To-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable:
The customer must pay a new shipping fee to resend it
Refunds (if approved) will exclude the original shipping cost
8. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
